15-year-old driver kills 2 pedestrians in Upstate, troopers say
A 15-year-old driver hit and killed two pedestrians Tuesday night, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol.
Coroner: 2 pedestrians struck by car, killed in Spartanburg Co.
Coroner Rusty Clevenger said a male and a female were killed.
The coroner's office is working to identify the victims and notify family members.
