Driver identified after fatal Dillon County wreck
One person died in a crash on High Hill Road Friday night near Lake View, according to Lance Corporal Tyler Tidwell with South Carolina Highway Patrol. Patrick Bass, 54, of Fairmont, was identified as the victim, according to the coroner.
