The first driver told police she was traveling northbound and did not see the pedestrian crossing the road until he walked in front of her 2005 Toyota Sienna and she had no time to stop. A second driver in a 2010 Mercury Mariner was traveling behind the Sienna and told police he attempted to avoid Wolfe after he was struck, but could not.
