Two people have been sent to the hospital following a three-vehicle crash along Socastee Boulevard Monday afternoon, according to Horry County Fire Rescue. HCFR Crews were dispatched to Socastee Boulevard near Cimmeron Drive at 3:24 p.m. for the crash where one vehicle overturned.
