According to Florence County Coroner Keith von Lutcken, the driver was the only occupant of the vehicle. The deceased is identified as 30-year-old Toneo Refuro Addison a resident of Timmonsville.
Addison was confirmed to be the only passenger in the car, and was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash. He was pronounced dead about 2 hours after the accident occurred.
