22-year-old Beaufort man dies in Port Royal motorcycle crash, coroner’s office says
A 22-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene of a fatal motorcycle accident in Port Royal on Monday, Beaufort County Coroner’s Office Chief Deputy David Ott said. Steven R. McKinzie, of Beaufort, was traveling on Old Shell Road when he apparently attempted to pass a vehicle on the double yellow line, Ott said Monday.
