Man in critcal condition after Knox County crash

State Police say Owens was ejected from the truck and the truck came to rest in an embankment.
54-year old Timothy Owens was airlifted to the University of Tennessee Medical Center after his truck hit a guardrail around 5:00 p.m. on Monday. He was driving southbound on U.S. Route 25E in the Flatlick community in Knox County, Tennessee when he lost control of his truck and was ejected from the vehicle. Kentucky State Police closed the southbound lanes of U.S. 25E while they conducted an investigation at the scene of the accident.
