Greg Horan, 18, dies in accident at Ijams Nature Park canopy adventure course in Knoxville, TN

Family and friends are mourning the death of a Georgia teen who died after an accident at an adventure park in Knoxville, Tennessee. Greg Horan, 18, was on a ropes course at Ijams Nature Park on July 22 when he slipped off a suspended log, and ended up hanging from the log. Emergency responders administered CPR and he was taken to the University of Tennessee Medical Center where he died Wednesday at a Tennessee hospital. The ropes course has been tagged "unsafe" and must remain closed until safety improvements are made.
