Memphis police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run accident, which happened early Saturday morning on I-55 near Shelby Drive.
A police officer was involved in a five-vehicle accident on Interstate 40 Westbound, just before Danny Thomas. Police say that no one involved was seriously injured.
This multi-car accident was reported around 9:45 a.m. on Monday.
With her 8-month-old daughter in the car, Nicole Berg allegedly used her SUV to plow into a car containing her ex-boyfriend and his new girlfriend.
Berg, 25, has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault. She is being held on $50,000 bond.
