Officer Edward Draves injured in hit-and-run while making an arrest on East Old Hickory Boulevard in Madison, Tennessee

​Madison Precinct Officer Edward Draves was in the process of making an arrest when the suspect ran away on East Old Hickory Boulevard. Draves chased the suspect but was hit and knocked to the ground by a gold-colored vehicle, the driver of which did not stop at the scene. Draves suffered minor injuries and has since been released from the hospital. Check back for updates as more information becomes available.
