Guillermo Vera, 19, is arrested tonight after hitting a vehicle driven by 25-year-old Jon Lattimer of Pickerington, Ohio, head-on with his pickup truck just after 1:30 a.m. on Sunday on I-440 at I-65 near Berry Hill, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department.
