Seniqua Nakita Pittmon, 47, killed in collision with dump truck at Ronald Reagan and Sun City in Georgetown, Texas

Investigators with the Georgetown Police Department say an 18-wheeler hauling gravel was traveling southbound on Ronald Reagan Blvd. when the car in front of it slowed, pulled onto the right shoulder, and then abruptly attempted to execute a U-turn directly in front of the truck.
