Head-on crash kills 3, shuts down RR 12 in Hays County
According to KVUE reporter Michael Perchick, Texas Department of Public Safety said the victims are an elderly couple and a male between 25- and 35-years-old. Their names have not been released yet.
Perchick reports that the male was traveling eastbound on RR 12 in a Dodge pickup. The Dodge began passing another vehicle in a no-passing zone when the truck collided head-on into a Toyota Camry. The elderly couple was in the Toyota.
