5 students injured in East Texas bus crash
Parents who showed up at the scene were allowed to take their children home. The rest of the students were taken to their schools.
The driver of a school bus was that transporting middle and high school students to school was driving on Highway 274 when they lost control and veered across the roadway, where the bus rolled onto its side. Five students were injured and taken to the hospital, though none were in life-threatening condition. The cause of this crash remains under investigation.
