DPS: Vehicle evading law enforcement led to fatal crash
The crash happened Thursday at around 2:45 p.m. south of Business 83 near Stites Road and FM 493, according to DPS spokeswoman Sgt. Maria Montalvo.

During the pursuit, the driver of the Nissan made a U-turn on FM 493. As he made the turn, he crashed into a Saturn ION occupying four people, and a Toyota vehicle occupying one person.
