The accident involved a Peterbilt truck tractor-trailer traveling west-southwest on FM 1015, and a white Chevrolet Silverado, occupied by one female driver and three male passengers, traveling east-northeast on FM 1015.

The woman sustained injuries and was taken to the hospital while her three passengers died at the scene, DPS said.
The Peterbilt’s driver wasn’t injured but was taken to a local hospital per his company’s procedures, according to the release.
