LIBERTY COUNTY TEEN KILLED IN AUTO/PEDESTRIAN CRASH
Thinking she hit a deer, the driver then learned from First Responders that what she hit was actually a person. She fled the scene on foot. During the investigation she returned to the scene.

A First Responder from the Westlake Fire Department came to the scene to make sure everyone was ok. THe First Responder informed them that a person and not a deer had been struck and died.
