A high-speed crash killed one teenager and injured another two in northwest Houston Wednesday night.

Police have identified a teenager who was killed in a single truck accident Wednesday.

Police were on the scene of a deadly accident in northwest Houston Wednesday night. It happened in the 2000 block of Antoine drive.

A high-speed crash killed one teenager and injured another two in northwest Houston Wednesday night.

According to Houston police, witnesses spotted the teenagers’ truck speeding down Antoine Drive around 8 p.m. The driver lost control near Long Point Road and the truck hit a fence and then flipped over.

Police said a 16-year-old, who was buckled up, died in the crash.

Officials said an 18-year-old and a 13-year-old were thrown from the truck. Neither wore seat belts, but both survived. They were taken to an area hospital in stable condition.

Police did not find any evidence of alcohol, but they do believe speed was a factor in the crash.

Investigators are still trying to figure out which teenager was behind the wheel.
