The wreck happened Tuesday morning on I-10 westbound near Barker Cypress. Houston police stated that one person was killed and several others were transported to the hospital. LifeFlight also transported one person to Memorial Hermann Hospital in critical condition, police say.
The Katy Freeway is completely closed as crews investigate the scene and remove debris from the freeway.
