Driver killed, 3 children hospitalized after car struck from behind on Gulf Freeway
Investigators said a Toyota Corolla was disabled in the emergency lane when a Nissan Altima struck it from behind. The male driver of the Altima was pronounced dead at the scene.
Inside the Corolla were three minors, police said. Two adults from the vehicle were standing outside at the time of impact.
