Suspected drunk driver hits bicyclist and drives off
HPD said the bicyclist was on Washington Avenue when a suspected drunk driver ran into him. The cyclist was struck by the hood, windshield and side mirror of the car.

Raymond Cui, 27, of Katy, was charged with failure to render aid in an accident involved serious bodily injury, a felony, and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated.
