Javier Hunter and Savyion Farley, both 15, killed in crash involving street racing at Fuqua and Bathurst in Houston, Texas

A Houston police officer saw two cars driving next to each other at high rates of speed eastbound on Fuqua around 1:50 a.m.,  Houston Police Department Lt. Larry Crowson said. One of the drivers hit the other, causing the second car to spin out near Bathurst, he said.
