Pedestrian on skateboard killed in hit-and-run collision on Norwood Street in Houston, Texas

A witness stated the victim, a pedestrian on a skateboard, was crossing the street and traveling eastbound at the above address when he was struck by a possible gray sedan traveling northbound.
