A tan Toyota Tundra pickup truck was traveling northbound at the above address and swerved to his right to avoid a vehicle traveling eastbound on Elm Street. The Toyota continued to the other side of the intersection and struck a male pedestrian attempting to cross Elm Street, not in a crosswalk.
