One dead after motorcycle collides with car in north Houston
Houston police officers headed to Parker Road just east of the North Freeway after reports of a major accident around 9:30 p.m. Sunday, said Lt. Larry Crowson with the Houston Police Department.
Since motorcycle crashes often end in serious injuries, victims need immediate help
Motorcycle accidents are more likely to end in serious injuries or death for the motorcyclist, since the rider is not protected from the force of a collision. When a motorcycle accident happens, the injured rider needs immediate, appropriate medical care, the accident needs to be investigated, and the insurance companies need to be informed.
