Update: Two men killed in I-20 wreck

The victims were not identified, while notification of family members is  pending. It took more than an hour to retrieve the driver of the truck from the wreckage.

UPDATE: Names Released in Double Fatal Crash on Interstate 20

According to DPS troopers, 53-year-old Hector Botello Jr. was driving west on Interstate Business 20. Troopers report that his pickup veered into the north median, vaulting the westbound lanes of I-20, and hitting the second pickup which was driven by 31-year-old John Edward Reynolds.
Two men driving through Ector County were killed in a two-vehicle rollover wreck arond noon Monday on Interstate 20 near FM 1936.   When emergency responders arrived both men in a red truck were pronouced dead. Battalion Chief Danny Wyatt said the driver of a white truck survived with injuries considered non-life threatening and was taken by ambulance to Medical Center Hospital.  The victims were not identified, while notification of family members is pending. It took more than an hour to retrieve the driver of the truck from the wreckage.
