Alleged drunk driver crashes into Loop 410 guardrail, kills 20-year-old passenger
Police said the driver was exiting off Loop 410 onto Interstate 35 at a high rate of speed around 2:45 a.m. and lost control of his 2010 Toyota Camry[4]. The car struck an extruding guardrail on the passenger side of the vehicle, killing Beltran and causing the car to spin out, authorities said.
