Vehicle fire, multi-vehicle crash shuts down WB Loop 410 on Northwest Side
The crash occurred 7:40 a.m. near Babcock Road, when a vehicle smashed into the driver's side of an SUV being driven by San Antonio resident Sharon Dresser, she said.
"I just twist and turn until I slam into the guardrail and stop," she said. "I have no idea why that car just swerved into me."
