Head-on crash on area highway leaves 2 dead, one injured
The accident happened just before 1 p.m. about a quarter mile west of Rockdale when a westbound Ford van crossed the center line and collided head-on with an eastbound Dodge pickup truck that was towing a travel trailer, the Department of Public Safety said.
