Man 'extremely critical' after Davis County rollover

A man is in "extremely critical condition" after a car he was riding in rolled over Saturday in Davis County. About 6:30 p.m., a red Ford Cobra Mustang was taking the on-ramp from Main Street in Fruit Heights to southbound U.S. Highway 89 when the driver lost control of the car, according to the Utah Highway Patrol. The Mustang narrowly missed a concrete barrier. The driver over-corrected and the Mustang slid and rolled off the left shoulder, according to the UHP. A backseat passenger, 75-year-old Vaughn Stoker, was thrown from the Mustang. He was flown in a medical helicopter to McKay-Dee Hospital in extremely critical condition.
