"This crash is one that is uncommon...we will see motorcyclist traveling at high rates of speed from time to time, but...unfortunately due to high rates of speed a motorcyclist crashed and passed away today," Hoyal said. The identity of the man has not been released at this time.
Police identify man who died in motorcycle accident
Lt. Justin Hoyal of the Unified Police Department said Thursday that Quigley failed to negotiate a curve in the road and crashed into a tree at 5706 S. Trowbridge Way.

One man has died following a motorcycle collision with a tree Thursday night in Kearns, Utah. The accident occured just after 6:30 p.m. on October 23 at 5706 S. Townbridge Way when the man was failed to negotiate a curve. The man was not wearing a helmet.
