Kendra Moad, 20 months, killed after accidentally run over by car on S 4420 W in Kearns, UT

20-month-old Kendra Moad's grandfather was babysitting her when he went outside to take out the garbage cans, and had to move a pickup truck out of the way. Unfortunately, the child got outside and in front of the truck without her grandfather noticing, and as he pulled forward he ran her over. She was pronounced dead after being brought to the hospital. There will not likely be any citations in this death.
