One dead, one critical after car-full of teens rolls near Lehi
A 17-year-old girl was killed and five passengers were injured, one critically, when her speeding car missed a curve and rolled several times late Thursday night near Lehi.
Four of the car's occupants, including the female driver, were ejected when the car rolled several times after missing a curve near 2275 N. Dry Creek Way. The driver, Maryah Hayley Edwards, 17, was pronounced dead at the scene. A 17-year-old boy identified as Jayden Farrell was airlifted to Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, where he underwent surgery. He is listed in critical condition Friday. Two other teens were transported to IMC in serious condition, while two passengers suffered minor injuries.
