Russell Hale, 55, killed and 3 others injured in multiple car wreck off 7200 South off ramp in Midvale, Utah

Russell Hale, 55, was killed in a car wreck along with three people who were injured in a multiple vehicle collision. The accident took place on I-15 at the 7200 South off-ramp in Midvale, Utah. A woman in her 80's took an exit but instead of turning she went straight.  The elderly couple’s vehicle smashed through a cement barrier before hitting four addition vehicles then went up in flames. Not all the names of those involved are released, however the elderly couple were taken to the hospital in critical condition. A pregnant woman who was also in one of the vehicles in the accident is being monitored as a precaution of the minor injuries she sustained.
