Destiny Dixon, 28, of Prescott, Ariz., and Debbie Swann, 51, of Apache Junction, Ariz., were riding the vehicle on theHell's Revenge Trail in the Sand Flats Recreation Area, according to a news release from Grand County Sheriff's Office.
