The driver involved in the hit-and-run was questioned and Cottrell said possible charges are pending, waiting for blood results and a statement from the victim.

Ogden hit-run suspect found, victim improves

The victim, who was not wearing a helmet, was initially hospitalized in critical condition, but had been upgraded to good condition late Thursday, after doctors determined his injuries largely consisted of broken bones and abrasions.
A motorcyclist was driving northbound on Washington Boulevard when a white hatchback cut him off. The motorcycle driver tried to avoid the vehicle, but hit the back of it and flipped off his motorcycle. The motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet and was seriously injured with broken bones and abrasions. The victim treated at a local area hospital and was released Friday. The hatchback was located by Harrisville police.
