Police identify 2 killed in school bus, pickup crash

According to Lt. Bill Wright with the Payson Police Department, the accident occurred at approximately 2:30 p.m. just south of Arrowhead Trail Road and 2200 West. The bus was traveling northeast and the truck was traveling southwest when they collided. Two of the four passengers in the truck were killed. They have been identified by Payson police as the driver of the truck, Christopher Jay Cook, 22, of Payson, and passenger Makia Love Boyd, 18, of Lehi. The other two passengers -- Colton Zobell, 21, of Payson, and Alexandria Johnson, 20, of Payson -- were transported to Mountain View Hospital in Payson with serious injuries. The bus driver, Lori Hone, 49, of Santaquin, was also transported to Mountain View Hospital with minor injuries.
