The driver of the truck, later identified as Manuel de Jesus Guinea 55, then got out of his vehicle and attempted to blend in with the crowd. But he was grabbed by a citizen and held until police arrived and took him into custody Lt. Justin Hoyal of the Unified Police Department said.
Police say drugs or alcohol may have played a factor in the crash.
