Teen dies after car hits him in Willard
About 7 p.m. Saturday, Phetsysouk and another male were crossing Main Street near 850 North in the Box Elder County city, said Willard Police Chief Jean Loveland. But as Phetsysouk crossed the road from west to east, a northbound Saturn hit the boy.

The Willard Police and Utah Highway Patrol are investigating the incident, though it appears to be an accident.
