Vermont State Police apprehended a naked Connecticut man after a high-speed collision on Route 103 in Cavendish, Vermont Friday. James Pollner, 18, of Fairfield, Connecticut told authorities he had consumed LSD as he drove his 2009 GMC Yukon south on Route 103. He was speeding when he slammed into the rear of a Chrysler Sebring, resulting in extensive damage to that vehicle. When authorities arrived at the crash site, Pollner was running around in the road, naked. Police put him in the back of a cruiser while they conducted their investigation. Pollner was then taken to a Springfield hospital for medical evaluation. Pollner was cited for driving under the influence of drugs.
