Man dies in hit and run

A hit and run crash killed one person on State Route 611 on Friday night.Around 10:30 p.m., when a Honda Accord was heading west Route 611 when the driver lost control and collided with a 2012 Honda Civic, driven by Archie Lee Ruffin, 65. Both cars ended up in a ditch. Ruffin was pronounced deceased at the crash site. He was not wearing his seat belt. The driver of the Honda Accord fled the site of the crash.
