A 1997 Ford Ranger, driven by Ramela Sakay, was traveling east on Brooks Crossing Road when the driver ran off the roadway, overcorrected, and struck a concrete barrier. Upon striking the barrier, the vehicle overturned into a creek, ejecting the passenger and pinning him under the vehicle.
