Captain John W. Hall Jr. with Richmond Police said officers were called to the 2100 block of Hopkin Road for a report of a crash at 8:50 p.m. When officers arrived, they found two vehicles in road's southbound lanes.
Saturday night vehicle crash in South Richmond kills one driver, injures another
Both drivers, an adult man and an adult woman, were transported to a hospital for treatment. The woman died as a result of her injuries while the man driving the other vehicle was treated for minor injuries.
