A teenager speeding in a stolen van on I-95 in Virginia tried to ram two state troopers' cars Sunday morning before losing control and flipping the van over, state police said.
Two lanes closed on I-95 North in Spotsylvania County.
Authorities said a 15-year old boy led state police on a nine-mile pursuit Sunday morning, ramming into two police cars before losing control of his vehicle and overturning on a busy stretch of Interstate 95 in Spotsylvania County.

The incident closed several northbound lanes of 1-95 in Spotsylvania County, just past exit 126, police said.
A State Police spokeswoman said the teenager was driving a stolen van. She said the pursuit began around 9:30 .am. near the Caroline County-Spotsylvania County line after a state trooper tried to stop the white Dodge multi-passenger van the teen was driving at a high speed on I-95 North. The van had been involved in a hit-and-run in Caroline County, police said.
When the trooper tried to stop the van near exit 118, the driver of the vehicle refused to stop and a pursuit was initiated, police said.
