Man Fatally Struck in Alexandria Section of Fairfax County
Fairfax County police say a man was fatally struck by a vehicle in the Alexandria section of the county Tuesday morning.
The crash happened in the 8300 block of Richmond Highway just before 7 a.m.

McCullough continued to walk in the left lane and was struck by a 2008 GMC Yukon (SUV) traveling southbound, police said. The driver of the SUV, a 69-year old woman, immediately stopped and remained on the scene.
