Cops struggling to identify man hit by car on Rte. 50 in Fairfax County - WTOP

If anyone recognizes the victim’s tattoos or believes they know the man, they are asked to call Fairfax County Police at 703-691-2131. WASHINGTON — A man is recovering from serious injuries after getting hit by a vehicle in Fairfax County Thursday, but detectives do not know who he is, and they can’t find any of his relatives. Fairfax County Police say the man may have been struck after getting off a bus on Lee Jackson Highway (Route 50) in the Falls Church area Thursday night and tried to cross the highway. The driver who hit the man stayed at the scene of the crash. The man also has several tattoos, seeming to show he has family members with the names Thien, Lam, Tai, Quy and Sary.
