Her sister, Janeah, died at the scene of the accident near Gibraltar Road. Meanwhile, a man accused of vehicular homicide in the first sister’s death is expected to face additional charges. Blackstock, who was also injured in the crash, was charged with one count of vehicular homicide for the death of Janeah Goheen, and is currently booked into the Skagit County Jail for investigation of two additional counts of vehicular assault. One of those charges will now be amended to vehicular homicide.
