Jill S. Elwick, 49, of Sedro-Woolley was traveling westbound on Francis Road outside Mount Vernon when an eastbound 2005 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by a 43-year-old Mount Vernon man, allegedly crossed the centerline, crashing nearly head-on into Elwick's 1984 Mercedes Benz, Trooper Heather Axtman said.
