Toxicology reports reveal the driver who was killed in November's fatal single-car crash in Hazel Dell was heavily intoxicated. Annastasia Morrison, 21, had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.26, according to Det. Jim Payne with the Clark County Sheriff's Office. She also tested positive for metabolites of THC, which doesn't necessarily mean she was impaired by the drug.

Traffic homicide investigators with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office identified the man and woman involved in Tuesday afternoon’s fatal single-car crash. Annastasia Morrison, 20, of Vancouver, was driving her 2006 Mazda sedan south on Highway 99 when she lost control and crashed into a pole in the parking lot of My Daddy’s Automotive at Northeast 72nd Street, according to a bulletin from the sheriff’s office. Morrison was killed on impact.
