Five hurt in evening T-bone accident

Five people were injured Tuesday evening in a T-bone collision on state Highway 500 in Sifton, according to a memo from the Washington State Patrol. Elizabeth Sandstrom, 45, of Vancouver was eastbound at 4:55 p.m. on Highway 500 in her blue 2007 Infinity FX35. She attempted to make a left turn onto Northeast 182nd Avenue in front of Ryan Jones, 29, of Camas, who was driving west on 500 in a red 1997 Ford Bronco, the patrol said. The Bronco hit the passenger side of the Infinity, the patrol said.
